Door Access Control
Controlling access on individual doors can be achieved through the installation of a reader on the outside of the door that needs to be controlled. After the reader technology warrants entry, the door can be unlocked using a suitable electromechanical lock.
Restricting and logging persons exiting the building can be achieved through the use of a reader that can be installed inside the door.
It is possible to programme restrictions into a door access control system controlling the access of certain people based on the day of the week and time of day. These systems can then be connected to a network then allowing the following to be done at the touch of a button: real time logging, personnel tracking and programming changes.
Reader technologies that are available include keypads, swipe cards, finger print readers, proximity readers, hands free readers and face recognition.
We offer our professional installation, maintenance and repair service for all of our door access control systems throughout the Cumbria and Lancashire area, for more details please see our areas covered page.
